Another great weekend in the forest with our apprentices. Russula mushrooms were showing themselves. Also found some great sized avens root and some beautiful Usnea! Then we finished the day by stoping to watch the salmon make their journey up the ladders.

It was a mushroom kind of weekend! Reishi, Red Belted Polypores, and Artist Conks all around.

Such a beautiful 78 degree day in the mountains. Our apprentices went above and beyond when harvesting Arnica yesterday. So much love was put into harvesting these flowers. They will be sure to make strong medicine and incredible skincare.
