Our Client and Community Relations Associates, Carly and Ashley hit the town yesterday to attend two great events today, Brandywine Livingston & Florham Park Rehab, and it’s always better when they can do it together as a team!

Building these relationships is such an important part of what we do at Gratitude Homecare and helps us stay connected to the resources and people who support patients and families.

We’re always happy to be a resource when someone needs extra support at home, especially during a transition from the hospital or rehab back home.

When a family needs you most, you show up.

This week, one of our long-time clients experienced a sudden and drastic change in their care needs. The situation required a level of care that could potentially mean a long recovery and many hours of skilled nursing each day.

Our team didn't hesitate.

We researched every available option, connected with hospital discharge planners, coordinated with a private skilled nursing agency, and put together a plan that gave the family the support and clarity they needed during a very difficult time.

We are incredibly grateful to have partnered with Affirmed Home Care . Their collaboration helped us bring together the right resources at the right time.

Most importantly, our client's wish has always been simple: to remain home. And we are doing everything we can to help honor that wish.

Some of our caregivers joined us today in the office for an in-service training day focused on continued education and staying up to date on important aspects of their work. 🌻

The day included team introductions, scheduling updates, dementia education, Hoyer lifts, colostomy and Foley catheter education, and nursing modules.

Thank you to our dedicated caregivers for taking the time to learn, grow, and continue raising the standard of care we provide. We’re grateful to have such a committed team!
