A brow lift repositions a low or heavy brow, while eyelid surgery removes excess skin and, when appropriate, fat from the upper eyelids. In some patients, one procedure is enough; in others, combining both may create the most balanced, natural-looking result.

The right choice depends on your anatomy, not simply where you notice the heaviness.

Breast implants are not considered lifetime devices, but that doesn’t mean they automatically need to be replaced every 10 years.

If your implants remain intact, comfortable and you’re happy with your results, replacement may not be necessary. Surgery is generally considered when there is a complication, a change in the breast or a desire to change implant size or appearance.

Regular follow-up and the recommended imaging can help monitor your implants over time.

Liposuction can contour specific areas by removing localized pockets of fat that may not respond to diet and exercise, but it isn’t a weight-loss procedure.

It also doesn’t significantly tighten loose skin, eliminate cellulite or replace healthy habits. The best candidates are generally near a stable weight, have good skin elasticity and want to improve the shape of a particular area.

Understanding what liposuction can-and can’t-achieve is the first step toward realistic expectations and satisfying results.
