I can’t believe it’s mid September. 🤯
My social media usually goes on the back burner when I become more present in the daily.
This past month, I focused on helping my children transition back to school and celebrated my son’s birthday all month. 😂
Life transitions can bring up so much for us. They give us opportunities to use the tools we’ve learned to navigate difficult moments. Regulating our nervous systems. Remembering our boundaries. Adapting to new environments and systems. And sometimes, simply being open to the unknown of what comes next.
One of the biggest themes that came up with my clients and I this month was this:
We don’t have to carry other people’s burdens and emotions.
Our roles and contributions in other people’s lives don’t define us. Our worth isn’t measured by our role in our careers, our relationships, or what we own.
I constantly have to remind myself of this too, because I have a tendency to give 150% of myself to all of my roles. Thankfully, I have my husband and soul sisters who remind me when I need to hear it. 💝
Another thing I’ve been talking about with clients is how much our limiting beliefs and patterns can influence the decisions we make, especially during difficult life transitions. When you don’t know what is actually blocking you, it’s easy to keep making choices that lead you back to the same unwanted situations.
And most of the time, you already know the answer. You just can’t quite see it clearly yet.
If you’re in a transition and can’t quite figure out what’s blocking you or what needs to change, you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
I’m here to help translate what you already know.
What life transitions are you going through right now?
Here’s a snippet of the tail end of our summer. ✨
