For this patient, we created a hair restoration plan using a combination of FoLix laser treatments and Men’s Nutrafol vitamins to support healthier, fuller-looking hair.

Postpartum changes your body in ways you can’t fully prepare for, and there’s absolutely no timeline for feeling like yourself again. For me, this journey was never about chasing a certain number on the scale. I was much more focused on how I looked, how I felt, and getting my confidence and muscles back.
