Hi, new friends 👋 Welcome to Calming Creek Care!

We’ve had a lot of new followers lately, so we thought it was a good time to introduce ourselves a little more personally.

Calming Creek Care was founded by Judith, and I’m Jessica — her daughter, sidekick, behind-the-scenes person, content creator, scheduler, organizer… and whatever else needs done that day. 😄

We’re a small, family-run business, and a lot of what we do is built around making people feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.

At Calming Creek Care, we offer:

Where Does Microneedling with PRF Fit In?

✨ Plot twist: Your peel series doesn’t have to be all peels.

Chemical peels are one part of the bigger picture when it comes to skin rejuvenation.

Microneedling with PRF can also be incorporated into your treatment plan as a step within the series.

Microneedling creates controlled microchannels in the skin, which stimulates the skin’s natural repair response.

Then we add PRF — Platelet-Rich Fibrin — created from your own blood to support the skin’s natural healing and rejuvenation process.

So instead of simply doing:

Peel → Peel → Peel → Peel

Your plan might look more like:

Peel → Peel → Microneedling with PRF → Peel

Or we may complete a peel series first and then transition into microneedling.

It all depends on what we’re trying to improve and how your skin responds along the way.

That’s probably our biggest takeaway from Peel Series Week:

Reveal 3 Med

✨ Peel Series Step 3: Do we stay here…or move up?

After working through the earlier stages of a peel series, we have a decision to make.

Do we stay with Reveal 3?

Or is your skin ready to move up to Reveal 3 Med?

Reveal 3 Med combines:

TCA 20% + AHA + BHA

It uses the same general combination as Reveal 3, but with a higher concentration of TCA for a stronger resurfacing treatment.

This may be a good option when we’re working more aggressively on concerns like:
• Uneven skin tone
• Sun damage
• Texture
• Fine lines
• Post-acne discoloration

Because Reveal 3 Med is a stronger treatment, we give the skin more time between sessions — usually about 6 weeks before the next peel.

And this is exactly why we build a series instead of jumping straight to the strongest treatment.

We want to see how your skin responds at each stage and move forward when it makes sense.

Reveal 3

✨ Peel Series Step 2: Reveal 3

Now we’re turning things up a notch.

Reveal 3 combines:

TCA 10% + AHA + BHA

Each one brings something different to the treatment.

TCA
Provides a stronger resurfacing effect and can help improve the appearance of uneven texture, pigmentation, fine lines and signs of sun damage.

AHA
Continues working at the surface of the skin to improve dullness, texture and tone.

BHA
BHA is oil-soluble, which means it can work within pores and is especially useful for congestion and uneven-looking skin.

The combination gives us a more comprehensive resurfacing treatment than our starting peel.

After the first Reveal 3, we typically allow about 4 weeks before repeating it.

Why repeat it instead of immediately going stronger?

Because sometimes the smartest thing we can do for your skin is stay at the right level long enough to get the benefit from it.

Stronger isn’t always better. Better is better. 😉
