If you’re nearby, come say hi ❤️ I’ll be offering mini Reiki sessions for charity. Reiki feels good and can be especially helpful in times of struggle or grief. Every dollar raised today goes directly to the dolifelikedoo foundation, a cause designed in memory of my good friend Dave who loved helping kids have a healthy start. The scholarship fund provides scholarships and sports equipment to kids in need 🙏.

I have a first-timer coming in this afternoon, and it got me thinking...

Are you curious about your first Reiki session at Heal with Kim? Let me give you a little peek into what to expect!

When you come in as a first-timer, plan to be with me for about 90 minutes. We begin with 30 to 45 minutes of heart-to-heart conversation, where you share what's on your mind or in your heart. It's a confidential space to open up, and I may ask a few gentle questions to gain clarity.

Then you'll lie down on the table—fully clothed, shoes off—while soft music plays.

I'll start at your feet with gentle, light-touch Reiki, often including a bit of Thai bodywork (especially at the feet). Throughout the session, I focus on offering the clearest, most loving energy I can channel, and your body's energy naturally begins to settle, shift, and come into balance and alignment with the energy.

After about 45 minutes of hands-on energy work, I set an intention for you to carry the Reiki energy into the rest of your day. Clients often report feeling warmth and deep relaxation during the session, as well as experiencing greater peace, acceptance, and fresh insight in the hours and days that follow.

Happy New Moon from Heal with Kim ❤️

The new moon is a powerful time for traveling inward… for getting quiet, listening deeply, and connecting with your truest desires. It’s a time for setting intentions and aligning with the energy that helps make your dreams come true.

I’m feeling especially grateful during this new moon because I’ve recently experienced a dream come true of my own 🙏

I just returned home from Thailand, where I had the opportunity to experience the Asian side of the world for the very first time. I love exploring the world and getting to know the people of this beautiful planet ❤️ While there, I felt blessed each and every day—with sun and salt water, nourishing food, and massages… lots and lots of massages ❤️

And not only did I receive many massages, I also studied and earned a basic certification in Traditional Thai Massage. This ancient healing art works with the body’s energy lines—similar to many Eastern healing practices—and invites a profound state of relaxation. I found the experience to be deeply harmonious with what I practice as a Reiki Master.

While I don’t yet feel called to offer Thai Massage as a stand-alone service, I’m excited to begin gently weaving elements of it into my Reiki sessions for those who feel drawn to receive it. These two therapies complement each other beautifully and support the body, mind, and spirit in returning to balance.

All in all, I feel renewed, grateful, and fully charged. I’m so happy to be back with you all, my beautiful fellow earthlings in Massachusetts, doing what I love: connecting to the light, sharing the light, and helping others feel and share their own light ❤️

As I reflect back on the past month sharing space with Therapeutic Massage by Jillian in Carver, I realize my favorite thing about working in Carver is bartering wiith other business owners in Carver Square 🤩

You didnt know I barter? Well yes, I do. Of course I do. Because business at Heal with Kim isn’t primarily about making money … it’s about shining the light.
