First and foremost, we sincerely hope that you and your loved ones are safe following Hurricane Isaias. Our thoughts are with everyone who has been affected, especially those facing damage, uncertainty, or difficult circumstances in the aftermath of the storm.
We are incredibly blessed and relieved to share that the EliteRx office made it through the storm without any structural damage. While power has not yet been restored to our building, we recognize how fortunate we are and are keeping those who have experienced greater losses close in our thoughts.
We also want to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude to the incredible men and women working tirelessly to restore power and other essential services throughout our community. Witnessing the coordination, skill, dedication, and sheer determination of these crews has been nothing short of remarkable. Many have been working around the clock, often under difficult and exhausting conditions, to help restore some sense of normalcy to our lives.
To every lineman, first responder, emergency worker, utility crew member, and individual contributing to our community’s recovery: THANK YOU. Your hard work, personal sacrifices, and unwavering commitment do not go unnoticed. We are truly grateful for everything you are doing for our families, businesses, and neighbors. ❤️
ELITERX OFFICE & COMMUNICATION UPDATE:
At this time, our office remains without power, and phone communications are unavailable.
Our patient text portal appears to be functioning; however, due to ongoing network disruptions, we cannot guarantee that all incoming messages are being successfully received.
We also wanted to kindly remind everyone that our office was already scheduled to be closed today in observance of the holiday. Under normal circumstances, we would resume responding to messages tomorrow during regular business hours. However, our ability to do so will depend on the restoration of power and network services.
We will continue to share updates as more information becomes available and sincerely appreciate your patience, understanding, and grace as we navigate these circumstances together.
TO OUR PATIENTS, NEIGHBORS & COMMUNITY:
In times like these, we are reminded that what makes a community truly special isn’t its buildings or businesses, but the people who care for one another.
If you are fortunate enough to have made it through the storm safely, we encourage you to check on your family, friends, and neighbors. Offer a helping hand where you safely can, extend a little extra patience and kindness, and remember that some around us may be facing challenges we cannot see.
Recovery takes time, but we are stronger when we look after one another.
From our entire EliteRx family, thank you for your continued trust, patience, and support. We are genuinely grateful to be part of this community and look forward to welcoming you back as soon as conditions allow.
Stay safe. Take care of one another. And may we never take for granted the people who work so hard to keep our community going.
With heartfelt gratitude,
❤️ Your EliteRx Team
