🍂 Sound Bath | A Return to Stillness 🍂

There’s something about fall that naturally invites us to slow down.

The days begin to change, the pace shifts, and we’re reminded that not everything needs to be held onto. Sometimes we simply need a little space to breathe, settle in, and let things move through us.

I’d love for you to join me for an hour of sound and stillness — a chance to step away from the noise, turn inward, and give yourself permission to just be.

Pranayama Meditation | Breathe in Stillness

Join us for Breathe in Stillness, a four-part Pranayama Meditation series designed to help you cultivate a deeper relationship with your breath, your body, and your inner stillness.

Once a month from September through December, we’ll gather for a 75-minute guided practice where you’ll be introduced to a new Pranayama (breathwork) technique.

Each month, we’ll explore the practice together, experience its effects, and learn how to intentionally integrate it into your everyday life.
But the practice doesn’t end when you leave the studio.

Throughout each month, you’ll have access to a guided practice video to support your daily breathwork, along with journal prompts and reflections to help you notice, explore, and integrate your experience.

By returning to the breath consistently, we create an opportunity to move beyond simply learning a technique and begin embodying it as a tool for stillness, awareness, and connection.

What’s Included:

• 4 monthly 75-minute Pranayama Meditation classes
• A new breathwork technique each month
• Guided take-home practice videos
• Journal prompts for reflection and integration
• A full four-month journey of consistent practice
