What does this mean?

We should certainly prepare in all ways. Planning and making your own choices now means YOU get to make the decisions. Waiting could mean SOMEONE else makes decisions for you.

Do you have a Power of Attorney for both Healthcare and Financial? Do you have property to protect? Do you have valuable family heirlooms that you want to protect? Vehicles, Tractors, Collectibles, etc.?

If you answered YES to any of the above and you do not have an Estate plan, the court system will get to make those choices!
