Meet one of the amazing people that makes Momentum great, Natalie Spinler. Natalie is an Intake Coordinator in Minnesota.

When asked what she loves about ABA and why she joined Momentum, Natalie said, “I love that ABA is a powerful tool for advocacy. ABA provides meaningful, data-driven support for our learners. It allows us to help our learners overcome barriers, develop independence, and thrive within their communities. I love being able to make a direct, positive impact on children's and families' lives every day. I love working for a company that makes a difference."

La cultura y el idioma son partes integrales del cuidado que les brindamos. Sabemos que el progreso de cada alumno está influenciado por quiénes son y de dónde vienen.

El Mes de la Herencia Hispana es un buen recordatorio de algo que ponemos en práctica durante todo el año. La cultura y el idioma no están separados del plan de cuidado de cada niño; son parte de él. Eso significa escuchar cómo se comunica cada familia, qué tradiciones son importantes en casa y cómo perciben ellos el crecimiento, no solo desde nuestra perspectiva.

Estamos muy agradecidos con las familias que confían en nosotros con el cuidado y la educación de sus hijos y por todo lo que ellos también nos enseñan.

Culture and language aren't separate from care. We know that our learner's progress is shaped by who they are and where they come from.

Hispanic Heritage Month is a good reminder of something we try to practice year round. Culture and language aren't separate from a child's care plan, they're part of it. That means listening to how a family talks, what traditions matter at home, and what growth looks like through their eyes, not just ours.

We're grateful for the Latino families who trust us with their learners, and for everything they teach us in return.
