We’re seeking someone who is organized, personable, dependable, and enjoys creating a welcoming experience for patients. The position offers flexibility in how responsibilities are structured, with the opportunity to tailor the role to the right candidate’s skills, experience, availability, and strengths. Duties may include front-desk coverage, scheduling, patient communication, and general administrative support.

✨Clinical Update: Introducing SAAT for Alpha-Gal Syndrome ✨

We’re excited to share that Fine Feather Acupuncture’s Leah Reed, L.Ac., has completed specialized training in Soliman Auricular Allergy Treatment (SAAT) and is beginning to offer this specialized ear-acupuncture protocol for individuals with Alpha-gal syndrome.

Leah looks forward to bringing this new service to our community while continuing to document individual outcomes and learn more about its potential applications.

SAAT is an emerging treatment, and its effectiveness has not been established through robust clinical trials. It is not a substitute for medical care or recommended precautions for Alpha-gal syndrome.

Things are coming along at our new Fine Feather location, and we have an exciting update to share…

We're planning to make the move on December 1!

We've been busy renovating, planning, and bringing our vision for the new space to life. From the layout of our treatment rooms to the finishing touches throughout the building, we're putting a lot of thought into creating a space that feels warm, comfortable, and welcoming.

We can't wait to share the finished space with you and welcome you to our new home at 15 Forest Road in Hancock, NH!

✨ Meet Lindsey | Licensed Massage Therapist
For Lindsey, massage therapy is about creating a space where people feel comfortable, heard, and supported.
Her practice focuses on deep tissue and therapeutic massage, with a particular interest in working with clients experiencing injuries, chronic conditions, or concerns that haven't responded to other approaches.

Ask Lindsey what she loves most about her work, and she'll tell you it's the people.

The conversations, the stories, and the wisdom clients bring with them are what make this work so meaningful. Outside the treatment room, Lindsey enjoys spending time with her husband and two dogs, hiking, reading, and catching up with friends.

✨ Meet Leah | Co-Founder, Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist

Sometimes, our own experiences lead us down paths we never expected. For Leah, that journey began with acupuncture.

Building on her background in clinical bodywork and manual therapies, her own experience with acupuncture sparked a lasting fascination with natural medicine and the body's innate ability to heal.

Today, she views acupuncture as a medicine for life, something that can support health and resilience through every stage.

Leah's clinical interests include women's health, pain and orthopedic care, and cosmetic acupuncture. Her approach is grounded in Traditional Chinese Medicine, with a particular emphasis on palpation for diagnosis, while also incorporating a contemporary understanding of health and physiology.

At the heart of her practice is the belief that thoughtful, individualized care starts with truly understanding the person in front of you.

As Co-Founder of Fine Feather, Leah is passionate about creating a space where people feel supported in exploring their own wellness journey.

✨ Meet Cherlyn | Licensed Massage Therapist

Sometimes, the best work happens when we slow down. That's exactly what Cherlyn brings to her massage practice. Her approach is therapeutic, focused, and intentional, taking the time to address the areas where tension, restrictions, and discomfort tend to settle.

Using techniques like myofascial release, myoskeletal alignment, and trigger point therapy, Cherlyn works with the body to address muscular tension and patterns of discomfort.

She especially enjoys working with the head, neck, and shoulders, those familiar places where we tend to carry a little more tension than we'd like!

Her sessions move at a slower pace, allowing time for more specific, targeted work and personalized attention.

And when she's not in the treatment room? You'll likely find Cherlyn enjoying time on the water or hiking with her family.

We're happy to have her as part of the Fine Feather community! 🪶

✨ Meet Jon | Co-Founder, Licensed Acupuncturist & Herbalist

For Jon, the practice of Chinese Medicine is rooted in tradition, continued learning, and understanding each patient as an individual.

With advanced post-graduate training in Chinese herbal medicine and Canonical Chinese Medicine through the Institute of Classics in East Asian Medicine (ICEAM), Jon brings a thoughtful, deeply individualized approach to his work.

His areas of focus include chronic and complex conditions, arthritis, neuropathy, headaches and migraines, digestive health, allergies, and seasonal colds and flu.

But what makes his approach especially personal is the time he takes to understand each patient's unique presentation. Through traditional diagnostic methods, including pulse, tongue, and abdominal palpation, Jon combines acupuncture and individualized herbal medicine to develop a treatment approach tailored to the person in front of him.

Jon continues to pursue advanced study in classical Chinese medicine and herbal therapeutics, always looking for ways to deepen his knowledge and support the people he cares for.

We're grateful to have Jon as part of Fine Feather. 🪶

🐾 Meet Daisy Mae, a very important new addition to the Fine Feather family 🤎 And yes, we’re completely over-the-moon about her!

Daisy Mae is our new French Bulldog pup, and you’ll probably spot her during your next visit.

She’s already settling into her new role quite nicely, and we’re pretty sure her favorite part of the job will be greeting everyone who walks through the door.

Tail wags come at no extra charge. 😉

We have a couple of team updates to share as we head into this next chapter for Fine Feather.

After five wonderful years with our collective, Tori Colby, LMT, will be relocating to St. Pete, Florida this November to begin an exciting new part of her journey. Her last day with Fine Feather will be October 25.

We’re incredibly grateful for the care, warmth, and relationships Tori has brought to our community over the years. We’ll miss her dearly and are excited for all that’s ahead for her in Florida.

We also want to express our deep gratitude to Lucy Obetz, LMT, for her time at Fine Feather and the care she has provided to our community. We’re grateful for all she’s brought to the practice and wish her the very best in what comes next.

🍂 We have some pretty big news to share: Fine Feather Healing Arts is going to have a new home!

We recently purchased a building in Hancock, and from the moment we stepped inside, we could see what it could become. There’s plenty of work ahead (renovations start now!), but we’re so excited to transform it into the warm, thoughtful space we’ve been envisioning for Fine Feather.

This new building gives us room to continue the personalized acupuncture and massage therapy you know us for, while making space for new offerings and an even bigger vision for Fine Feather in the years ahead.

And we get to do it all right here in the community we love.

We’ll be sharing the transformation as we go. For now, appointments and services will continue as usual at our current location, and we’ll give you plenty of notice before it’s time to move.

We couldn’t have gotten here without your support, and we can’t wait to welcome you through those doors ✨
