I LOVE MUSHROOM COFFEE!! 🍄☕️ Every morning, I wake up and enjoy my Everyday Dose ⚡️ (medium roast).

I’m always looking for simple ways to boost my fiber intake because, let’s be honest, most of us don’t get enough fiber in our daily diets!

Anyway, I came across a social media post that inspired me to make my own creamer—with a little fiber boost! 🙌🏽

Here’s what I used:

✨ Pitted Dates (4–5)
✨ Ceylon Cinnamon
✨ Organic Califia Unsweetened Almond Milk
✨ Local Honey 🍯

Measurements will vary based on your taste buds, so make it your own!

Instructions:
Mix well using a hand mixer, then strain. Pour into a mason jar with a tight seal and refrigerate. 🫙❄️

This creamer pairs BEST with Everyday Dose ⚡️ mushroom coffee or a coffee with lots of rich, dark chocolatey notes. 🤎☕️🍄

Simple ingredients. Simple food. A little extra nourishment. That’s my kind of Sunday! ✨
