Asthma symptoms can come and go, which can make it easy to assume everything is under control. But frequent symptoms may be a sign that your asthma needs more attention.
🚩 Talk with your healthcare provider if you’re experiencing:
• Wheezing or coughing frequently
• Shortness of breath during everyday activities
• Chest tightness
• Waking up at night because of asthma symptoms
• Needing your quick-relief inhaler more often than usual
• Avoiding exercise or activities because of breathing problems
Your asthma treatment plan may need to be reviewed if symptoms are interfering with your daily life.
💙 Don’t just work around your symptoms. Talk with your healthcare provider about them.
