"IV means 100% absorbed, so it works better." Not quite. 🔬

Bioavailability measures how much of a nutrient reaches your bloodstream. It doesn't measure how much your body actually uses, or whether you'll feel any different.

IV delivery skips digestion and puts nutrients straight into circulation. That's a real difference in route. But higher blood levels don't automatically mean better results.

The useful question isn't "which route absorbs more?" It's "do I need this nutrient, and why?" Your doctor can help answer that.

Every clinic has an "energy drip." They aren't the same thing. ⚡

There's no standard formula. Each provider mixes its own, so one menu tells you little about another.

Before you book any energy IV, ask:
🧾 What's the fluid base and volume?
🧾 Which vitamins or minerals, and at what dose?
🧾 Who reviews my health history first?

And if fatigue comes with weight loss, chest pain, shortness of breath or lasts for weeks, see a doctor before any drip. Questions about ours? Call or text 833-IV-DRIPS (483-7477).

Took a long weekend and still feel drained? 🔋 Rest alone often isn't enough for burnout.

Recovery tends to happen in phases:
1️⃣ Stabilize: protect sleep, meals and basic routines
2️⃣ Reduce the load: cut or delegate what you can
3️⃣ Rebuild: add back energy-giving habits, slowly
4️⃣ Sustain: keep the boundaries that got you there

It's not a straight line, and that's normal. If you notice low mood, anxiety or trouble coping, please talk to your doctor or a licensed mental health professional.

Third coffee before noon? ☕ Caffeine changes how tired you feel, not why you're tired.

It can sharpen alertness for a while, but it doesn't address the cause: short sleep, stress, low fluids, a nutrient gap or a health issue.

A better order of questions:
🛌 Am I sleeping enough?
💧 Am I drinking and eating regularly?
🩺 Could something else be going on?

Supplements tend to help mainly when they correct a real deficiency. If tiredness doesn't lift with rest, see a healthcare professional.

Reading the same email three times? 🌫️ Brain fog is a signal, not a diagnosis.

Five common places to look first:
😴 Sleep: too little of it, or poor quality
😮‍💨 Stress that never switches off
💧 Not enough fluids, or long gaps between meals
🥗 Low nutrient levels
🩺 Hormones, thyroid and other health factors

Small, steady changes in the first three often help. If the fog comes on suddenly, feels severe or lasts for weeks, see your doctor.

Thinking about an immune IV this season? 💧 Ask these questions before you book, with any provider.

1️⃣ What fluid is the base, and how much?
2️⃣ What is every ingredient in the bag?
3️⃣ What is the dose of each one?
4️⃣ Who reviews my health history first?
5️⃣ Who places the IV and stays with me?

A good provider answers clearly. Our intake is reviewed by our physician-directed medical team, and a Registered Nurse places your IV and monitors you throughout.

Some symptoms need the ER, not an IV appointment. 🚨

Mobile IV is for screened, non-emergency needs. It can't diagnose what's going on. The danger isn't the fluids, it's a missed diagnosis.

Go to the ER or call 911 for:
❗ Chest pain or pressure
❗ Trouble breathing
❗ Face drooping, arm weakness or slurred speech
❗ Sudden confusion or fainting
❗ A sudden, severe headache

Not sure? Choose the ER, and don't drive yourself if you might pass out.

Not sure if you need the ER or an IV drip? Here's when to go to the ER instead of booking mobile IV therapy, plus the red flags you should never ignore.

Grabbing an orange at the first sniffle? 🍊 Here's what vitamin C actually needs from you.

Your body can't make vitamin C, and it doesn't keep a large store of it. That's why a little, every day, matters more than a big dose once in a while.

The good news: for most adults, food usually covers it.
🫑 Bell peppers
🥝 Kiwi
🍓 Strawberries
🥦 Broccoli
🍊 Citrus

If you think you're low, or you're considering supplements, ask your doctor what makes sense for you.

Myth: you want your immune system working overtime. 💪
Fact: you want it balanced. ⚖️

"Boosting" immunity is a popular phrase, but an overactive immune response isn't the goal. A healthy one reacts when it should and settles down when it's done.

What supports that balance day to day:
✅ Consistent sleep
✅ Regular, moderate movement
✅ A varied, nutrient-dense diet
✅ Managing stress

No single product replaces these habits. Ask your doctor before adding supplements.

Third cold since summer? 🤧 Before blaming your immune system, look at the basics.

Getting sick often is usually a lifestyle signal, not a broken immune system. Three places to start:

😴 Sleep: short nights add up
😮‍💨 Stress: constant pressure wears down your defenses
🥗 Food and fluids: skipped meals and low water leave your body less to work with

Small, steady changes here matter more than any quick answer in a bottle. If illnesses keep coming back or drag on, check in with your doctor.
