Fall fun, creativity + a little Disney magic at Elite Care Assisted Living. 🧡🎨 Our residents had a wonderful time creating their own colorful seasonal decorations to brighten their windows + share with visiting family members. 🍂 We even had an extra-special guest join us! One of our incredible employees brought her daughter along, dressed up as Elsa from Disney’s Frozen. She brought plenty of smiles and a little extra magic to our activity. ❄️ Moments where we can bring people together + encourage our seniors to flex their creativity - are truly some of our favorite.

We’re looking forward to more memories made this Fall, at Elite Care! ✨

Our Living Well services are the foundation in which our residents / patients move better, feel better + recapture a sense of vitality. 💪✨ Within our unique transitional care model, we design customized programs to meet each community’s specific needs - enhancing their space, as well as resident’s personal experiences. This can include onsite or streaming exercise / movement classes, stress management, cognitive health, healthy eating, motivational lectures, brain teasers + much more.

Here's how to bring the garden indoors this Winter. ❄️🌱 You don’t need a yard, or perfect weather, to enjoy greenery during
the cooler months. In fact, a sunny windowsill can be the perfect environment for adding color and healing plant air to your home this season. Try caring for a houseplant or growing fresh herbs! Begin with herbs like basil, parsley, mint, or chives. Many houseplants, like pothos, spider plants and snake plants, are also happy indoors - with the right light. Pro tip: Before bringing any outdoor plants inside, check for insects, pests or critters who may be hitching a ride - and give the leaves a gentle cleaning.

Hot tea season has almost arrived... 🫖🍵 Here are some healing recommendations + add-ins to support wellness:

▪️Chamomile: Promotes relaxation + better sleep. Soothes anxiety, calms the nervous system + is very gentle on digestion.
