Hi everyone! I'm Denise, the owner of Guided Energy Movement LLC.
I can't say exactly when I began my spiritual journey, but early in 2020 I remember putting a heavy focus on it. Receiving distant Reiki had one of the most profound impacts on me and changed my trajectory in life.
Practicing yoga at home, dabbling in tarot and mindful meditations helped me immensely over the next few years to grow, process old wounds, heal and transform.
April 2023 I completed Reiki Level 1 and began practicing Reiki on myself, then March 2024, I completed Reiki level 2 and began practicing on family and friends both in person and distant. I became a sound practitioner June 2025 and couldn't wait to start playing singing bowls. I found myself wanting to expand more and more but felt stressed and that all my time went to my job.
December 31, 2025 was my last day in a corporate job, though I didn't know it at the time. February 2026 brought me a surprise, first in collaborating with Shylo Phoenix Valley Energy Healing & Holistic Wellness to offer Reiki during her Breathwork classes, then in finding an amazing yoga studio where I completed Yoga Teacher Training May 2026 and began offering Reiki Healing sessions in their treatment room. June 2, 2026 I started my business, Guided Energy Movement LLC. I'm so grateful for my journey I am on, the struggles and lessons I've learned along the way, the biggest being to fully surrender and trust the Universe and Manifesting works and is POWERFUL!
Today, June 10, 2026, I taught my first 2 yoga classes, which turned out beautifully and I know I am exactly where I am meant to be.
I'm so grateful for all the love and support I have received on this journey, especially from Bolo/Steven/James Begonia . Thank you for being my biggest supporter, for your love and encouragement, and telling me to chase my dreams!
I look forward to all the adventures still coming!!! 💜✨️🙏🧘🏼♀️
