Discount Nutrition's Surprise Superstore is NOW HIRING! We are looking for knowledgeable Sales Associates, Key Holders, Assistant Managers, and Store Managers with a positive, outgoing personality and prior experience in nutrition or personal training. We are looking for candidates who are very interested in the health and nutrition field. This is NOT just a job; it offers outstanding growth opportunities.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
• Demonstrating superior product knowledge in assisting customers
• Sell merchandise and interact with customers per company standards
• Receive, check, and shelve merchandise; keep store clean and uncluttered
• Complete customer transactions using POS register system
• Perform register store open/close functions and bank deposits.
Job Specifications:
• Previous vitamin/supplement/nutrition experience preferred
• Retail or sales experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Solid math skills to count, add, and subtract
• Strong interpersonal skills and ethical behavior to manage the company’s assets
• Excellent customer service skills to develop a relationship-selling culture
• High School Diploma or GED, Graduate Degree preferred
