This patient treated both the inner and outer thighs with CoolSculpting Elite, completing 2 treatments over 16 weeks to reduce localized fat and create a smoother, more balanced leg contour.

While we typically recommend a series of 3 sessions for body areas, the inner + outer thighs are a little different. Because these areas work together to create the overall shape of the leg, we take a more gradual approach and space treatments out to carefully assess the contour before treating again. Over-reducing these areas can create an unnatural result, so the goal is always strategic fat reduction that still looks balanced and beautifully proportioned.
