An invitation to participate in the first Medicare Diabetes Prevention Program Digital Collective Expo in Atlanta could not be passed up.

Yes, it’s the week of my conference, but my team convinced me they would hold down final conference details.

The expo was paired with the Diabetes State Specialist Summit.

What did the conference do for ANW?
1. Put us front and center with the CDC and CMS representatives serving in support roles for diabetes initiatives.
2. Start relationships with Specialists in Los Angeles for our subsidiary.
3. Connections with other MDPP suppliers to strengthen our ecosystem.
4. Budding future opportunities to increase resources that increase impact.
5. Spotlighting our technical assistance services for MDPP suppliers

The mission is moving. Positioning for possibilities.

The road to year 7 felt like the Sooperdooper Looper rollercoaster at Hershey Park.

Every high and low was never alone.

Celebrating 7 years of not giving up and the people who fastened their seatbelts to tag along for a ride is what makes CRÉME more than a conference, it’s a testament to the impossible becoming possible.

We’re not just breaking bread with day-1s, we’re recognizing others in the business community making a difference.
