So many questions about Meal Prep has led us to clarify "What is Meal Prep"?
The short answer is, whatever you need it to be.
It is a Meal you can use for lots of reasons.
1. Save time. By having meals ready you can always just have one at the ready for lunch or dinner when things get busy during the week. You may even be at a job where you cannot.leave and need a lunchbox dinner. Less trips to the store too.
2. Portion and Calorie control. Know what you are eating: lose weight, maintain, protein or carb load before and after workouts. (Inquire about customizing a High Protien Bowl)
3. Save Money. Having a prepared meal keeps you from eating out as often.
These are just a few answers to what you might be asking.
