Sharing some photos from our 22-mile biking adventure around Lake June in Mammoth! 🚴‍♀️ 🚴 It was a challenging journey for me, but I’m so proud of myself for pushing through, conquering the tough climb, and never giving up. The breathtaking scenery made every mile worth it!

I recently visited an art exhibition inside an old hospital in Los Angeles called “Hospital of Emotions”. The theme of the exhibition and the artworks were all based on human emotions such as joy, compassion, resilience, anger, gratitude and more…
My favorite room was the Monarch Project in the Resilience Department since it reminded me to stay resilient and flexible both physically and emotionally. I highly recommend everyone to visit! of.emotions
