I really can not imagine living my life without the help from Mother Nature. I discovered that health and wellness go beyond what you eat and how you support your internal body systems, though. It’s also about relationships - the most important relationship being with yourself. Join us in the celebration of Cinco de Mayo, Sunday, May 5th, from 12-4 where we will once again showcase Will Barkhuff’s seven watercolor farm worker series inspired by a portrait he painted 38 years ago of a friend’s mother who was a field worker.
Will has always held an interest in field workers, the work they provide, the machinery and equipment they use. He would stop along 101 and take photos on his was to and from work for many years. He says he has 100’s. Much respect pours out of him when he talks about the impact our field workers have on the circle of life.

This is Jaz! She’s one of the most inspirational and creative people I know! Owner of @jhopecreations.slo , Jaz creates an array of products. Not only was she one of the 1st makers to join our little store, but she has continued to produce some of the nicest one-of-a-kind clothing wear, hats, scarves, body butter, and fun childrens toys!
