The COE’s integrated care model also includes partnerships that bring additional services directly to patients. Through a partnership with Jade Wellness-Center, we are expanding access to substance use treatment and recovery support at our Brighton Road location. Offering Suboxone, Vivitrol, Sublocade, and Brixadi as well as counseling from Certified Recovery Specilists.

Central Outreach Wellness Center was recently featured by WPXI-TV Pittsburgh in its coverage of the upcoming closure of the City of Pittsburgh’s ROOTS drop-in center on the North Side.

As services transition, Central Outreach and our partners at Jade Wellness-Center's AIMS Program remain committed to ensuring people can continue accessing essential healthcare and support. Our teams will continue providing services at the HepCMyWay Center of Excellence at 925 Brighton Road, including testing, treatment, recovery support and connections to care.

We’re proud to continue serving our North Side neighbors and working alongside community partners to keep care accessible.

The city took over the ROOTS program from Allegheny Health Network when it was in the middle of a five-year lease for the center.

The HepCMyWay Center of Excellence, powered by Central Outreach Wellness Center, is now open on Pittsburgh’s North Side!

Our integrated care model brings Hepatitis C testing, treatment and cure together with HIV and STI testing, PrEP, harm reduction, healthcare navigation, recovery support, and more—all in one accessible location.

Through our partnership with JADE Wellness Center, the COE also hosts the AIMS Mobile Unit every other Tuesday from 10 AM–2 PM, offering same-day medication services for opioid use disorder with telehealth and in-person options.
