Yoga Factory’s 2027 Teacher Trainings are open for registration!

✨ Intermediate & Advanced 84 Asanas Training (July 12–27): Explore the 54 Intermediate Asanas and the traditional Advanced 84 Asana sequence rooted in the Ghosh lineage.

✨ Vinyasa 200-Hour Certification (September 26–October 10): Learn to teach foundational Vinyasa Flow, combining traditional sequences with creative teaching tools.

Early bird registration for both programs ends December 31, 2026.

Join us for a free information session to learn about USA Yoga, the 2027 competition season, and how you can get involved.

📅 October 24, 2026 ⏰ 2:00 PM–3:15 PM 📍 Yoga Factory Lawrenceville

We’ll explain how the competitions work, demonstrate what a yoga asana routine looks like, and discuss how to participate as a competitor, volunteer, or both.

Yoga Factory is honored to host the USA Yoga National Event in July 2027, and we’re excited to bring together a team to represent Pittsburgh!

If you’ve been practicing yoga and want to explore your practice in a new way, connect with fellow yogis, and learn more about yoga as a sport, this session is for you. No commitment is required to attend.

Days spent practicing yoga by the ocean, breathing in the fresh air, and making space to slow down and reconnect. Our Costa Rica retreat was a beautiful reminder of how special it can be to share a practice and a little time in nature with our yoga community. 💛

As the season changes, take some time to pause, move, and reset. 🍂🧘

Join Andrea for 108 Salutes for Fall Rejuvenation, a traditional practice honoring the transition into a new season through a variety of Sun Salutations. Together, you’ll work toward 108 rounds before slowing things down with long-held restorative postures to help you settle and restore.

The pace is quick and steady, but this practice is open to all levels. Take breaks whenever you need them and make the practice your own.

We’re constantly surrounded by messages telling us to keep moving, stay productive, get more done, and make the most of every minute.

But there’s value in slowing down, too. Making space for stillness gives us a chance to breathe, be present, and step away from the pressure to always be doing something.

Sometimes, we simply need a little more stillness in our day. 🌿
