Dear Patients,
After more than 20 wonderful years at Laser Hair and Skin Center of Monroeville, I'm writing to share an important and very personal update with you.
I have made the decision to step away from Laser Hair and Skin Center and begin a new chapter. As part of this transition, our patients will be welcomed into The Skin Center, where I feel confident you will continue to receive the exceptional care you deserve.
When I opened Laser Hair and Skin Center in 2003, I could never have imagined what this business would become or how many wonderful people I would have the privilege of meeting along the way. What started as a business became so much more to me because of the relationships I have built with al of you.
Many of you have been with me for years-some from nearly the very beginning. You have trusted me, supported my business, referred your friends and family, and allowed our team to be part of your lives. For that, I will always be incredibly grateful.
As I considered this next chapter, it was extremely important to me to know that my patients would continue to be well cared for. The Skin Center offers an incredible team of highly trained providers, additional locations, expanded services, advanced technology, and resources that I believe will provide a wonderful next step for our patients.
I'm also so happy that Keri Russo will be continuing with The Skin Center. For those of you who would like to continue seeing Keri, she will be available at their Murrysville and Shadyside locations.
The Skin Center will be reaching out shortly with everything you need to know about appointments, packages, gift cards, locations, and next steps. My hope is that this transition will be as easy and seamless as possible for each of you.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for more than 20 years of friendship, loyalty, trust, and support. Building Laser Hair and Skin Center and caring for al of you has been such an important part of my life, and I will always look back on these years with tremendous pride and gratitude.
While it is bittersweet to close this chapter, I am excited about what lies ahead and very grateful to leave knowing that you will be in wonderful hands.
