A new look at Hep C care is here! 🐥

Join us this October for Open Houses at our new HepCMyWay Centers of Excellence, powered by Central Outreach Wellness Center, in Pittsburgh and Columbus!

Come meet our teams, explore the COEs, grab a bite, learn about our services and community resources, and get tested for Hep C.

The COE’s integrated care model also includes partnerships that bring additional services directly to patients. Through a partnership with Jade Wellness-Center, we are expanding access to substance use treatment and recovery support at our Brighton Road location. Offering Suboxone, Vivitrol, Sublocade, and Brixadi as well as counseling from Certified Recovery Specilists.
