Which float time is right for you?
One of the most common questions we get is how long someone should float. Everyone is different, but here’s a breakdown of what we offer.
35 Minutes — The Introduction
Perfect if you’re curious about floating but aren’t ready to commit to a longer session. Get a feel for weightlessness and what it’s like to disconnect from everything around you.
60 Minutes — The Reset
An hour completely to yourself. No phone, no distractions, no demands on your time. Just an opportunity to slow down, relax, and let your body rest.
90 Minutes — The Sweet Spot
Our personal recommendation. It gives you more time to settle in, quiet your mind, and fully enjoy the experience. Most people are surprised by how quickly 90 minutes passes.
150 Minutes — The Deep Float
For those who really want to disconnect. Two and a half hours with absolutely nowhere else you need to be. Ideal for experienced floaters looking for an extended session of uninterrupted rest.
Here’s what surprises most first-time floaters: Time feels different when you’re floating. Without your phone, clocks, noise, or the usual distractions, you might be surprised how quickly your session goes by.
So, which one would you choose?
