🎉 The last day really IS the best day! 🎉

What a fantastic way to wrap up the 2026 AAHAM ANI in Philadelphia!

Bill Eikost and Brian Garver led an engaging conversation about burnout, sharing practical strategies for protecting our well-being and staying grounded. Hearing how fellow attendees navigate the challenges of everyday life made the session even more meaningful!

⚖️ Next up, tackling payor challenges! Our friends from the Law Offices of Stephenson, Acquisto, & Colman shared valuable insights on navigating the payor issues that healthcare organizations are facing every day.

💡 We wrapped up the afternoon by bringing it all together! A recap of the conference panels gave everyone an opportunity to hear the key takeaways, followed by some great organic discussions about front- and back-end revenue cycle challenges. The perfect way to close out three days of learning!

❤️ And that’s a wrap! A huge thank you to the AAHAM board, members, attendees, speakers, and business partners who made this year’s ANI such a memorable experience. From meaningful education to great conversations, new connections, and plenty of laughs, we’re heading home inspired and energized!

🎉 Day 2 of AAHAM ANI brought the perfect mix of inspiration, education, and a little fun along the way!

We kicked things off with Cally Christensen from WixCorp, who challenged us to rethink leadership in today’s ever-changing revenue cycle environment. Two takeaways really stuck with us: There’s power in the pause, and consistency is key when leading our teams through change. 💡

From uncovering missed revenue opportunities and navigating workers’ compensation to weighing the pros and cons of insourcing vs. outsourcing billing, the breakout sessions delivered plenty of practical insights. Add in some engaging panel discussions, great conversations, and valuable networking, and we’d call Day 2 a success! 🙌

Day 1 of AAHAM ANI in Philadelphia is in the books, and what a great way to kick things off! 🎉

Naturally, we had to start with a little Philly flavor… a build-your-own cheesesteak lunch! 🥖🧀 From there, it was on to the annual business meeting and awards ceremony.

🏆 A huge congratulations to Erin Miskelly, CRCE, CCT, recipient of the Bill Spare Award, and Patrick McDonough, CRCP, recipient of the President’s Award! Two well-deserved recognitions!

Our opening keynote featured Kevin Torf, who shared some great insights on Agile for Financial Leaders, exploring how we can apply Agile methodologies to improve productivity, drive results, and work smarter.

And because all work and no play just wouldn’t be ANI, we wrapped up the day with the President’s Reception, complete with a costume contest! 🇺🇸 It was the perfect opportunity to unwind, reconnect with old friends, and make a few new ones.

Great education, great people, and plenty of fun along the way. That’s what AAHAM is all about! ❤️
