I had this great reflection today… It’s been a little over a year since I started offering coaching type sessions. I actually hate that term, but I don’t know what to call it. Think if a channeler, healer, life coach, therapist, and spiritual guide had a baby.

What makes it different from the one off sessions I’ve done for the past 5+ years is…

1. I get to consistently work with the same person over time
2. I am guiding and facilitating more than I am doing everything for the person
3. Everything is super grounded and relates to our current human experience and how to navigate it

I’ve had the pleasure of getting to witness people really learn…

To trust themselves. To believe in themselves.

To discover what it means for something to resonate. In their BODY, not their mind.

What discernment truly means, how to strengthen it, and how to use it daily.

To learn how to get in touch with their own emotions and not fear or judge them.

To overcome fear, discover what they truly want, and go after it.

To get out of the cycles and patterns they have been repeating.

To feel better. Overall. Physically. Mentally. Emotionally. Energetically.

None of it sounds all that spiritual, compared to things like past lives, channeling, mediumship, or energy work.

Yet all of this type of work is the most spiritual. It’s taking the flashy spiritual modalities and tools and using them not to bypass the human experience, but to enhance it.

To find meaning within it.

To truly experience it to its fullest.

To learn and grow within the less savory parts of it.

To discover what it feels like the be present.

To be in acceptance, not avoidance.

To be in faith, not seeking control.

To be grounded and FEEL the amazing parts of being in a body.

Anyways, being along for the ride on this journey with people is a blessing I never take for granted. My forever curiosity and desire to learn gets to be fulfilled everyday. I get to be a cheerleader for people.

And honestly, every session with the badass people I get to work with gives me very much needed right now hope in humanity and our future. Shoutout to you guys!

That being said, I’m still offering these sessions. No fancy landing page. No fancy packages or outlines. No one size fits all anything. You, me, your higher self, and every tool at my disposal (this is where my hack of all trades skill set really comes in clutch). $75/hr in whatever recurring fashion you desire. Despite how many people tell me I should charge more.

We are always seeking a purpose greater than ourselves.

A mission.
A reason we are here.
A way to be of service.
Something to do.

But what if we are here to simply be?

To be fully in our energy.
To be sovereign.
To be whole.

What if the greatest impact we have isn't something we do, but what naturally radiates from us when we stop abandoning parts of ourselves? When we call all aspects of us home? When we INTEGRATE.

The light and the dark.
The masculine and feminine.
The strength and the softness.
The parts we love and the parts we've rejected.

What if all of it gets to belong?

We've been programmed to think joy was something you had to go find. Chase it down, earn it, wait for the right circumstances to line up before you were "allowed" to feel it.

Turns out that's backwards.

Joy isn't out there. It's already in you — it's been in you this whole time, just buried under stress and pressure and years of running on survival mode. It's not something the world hands you. It's a generator inside your own heart that's just... waiting to be switched back on.
