CMS has proposed adding 618 procedure codes to the Ambulatory Surgical Center Covered Procedures List for 2027.

The proposal is not final, and eligibility does not mean every procedure will immediately move out of the hospital. But the direction is worth paying attention to.

If facilities are preparing to support a broader case mix within their existing rooms, floor space becomes part of the equation. More procedures, instrumentation, and complexity should not automatically require more tables.

The DinamicOR Back Table organizes trays vertically across adjustable tiers, helping teams maintain visibility and access to their instruments within a smaller footprint.

For ambulatory surgery centers exploring new service lines and hospital teams managing shifts between care settings, adaptable equipment and repeatable setup guidance can help increase capability without placing greater demands on the available space.

Better surgical workflows are built through strong partnerships.

DinamicOR is proud to continue growing our work with McKesson and advancing our shared goal of bringing smarter, more repeatable workflows to surgical teams.

Earlier this month, Max Paroda, Senior Manager of Customer Integration at DinamicOR, joined McKesson’s Great Lakes regional sales teams in Put-in-Bay, Ohio. The meeting gave our teams valuable time to connect, strengthen alignment, and discuss how we can continue supporting hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers together.

We look forward to carrying that momentum into the fall conference season.

We’re proud to hit the course for a cause that means a lot to us.

On September 14, the DinamicOR team will participate in the 11th Annual Golf for Veterans Tournament, hosted by Farmington AMVETS Post 332 and the Farmington Chamber of Commerce at CenterPointe Golf Club in Canandaigua, NY.

The tournament brings our local community together to support veterans and programs providing assistance, resources, and opportunities to those who have served.

With DinamicOR working alongside VA surgical teams across the country, we’re especially proud to support an event dedicated to giving back to the veteran community.
