Health care costs weigh on more than a budget. They weigh on patients and families trying to get the care they need.

A recent KFF Health News poll found that 6 in 10 voters worry about affording health care costs for themselves and their families. For people living with chronic and rare diseases, easing that financial burden is at the heart of Good Days’ mission.

In 2025, we provided over $145 million in grants to help reduce financial barriers to care. Behind every grant is a person, a family, and a chance for more good days.

For patients who rely on Good Days assistance, re-enrollment is an important step in preparing for the year ahead.

Our annual re-enrollment period is now underway, and clients who received assistance through eligible programs this year are included in the process and can apply for continued support.

Our team is ready to help patients navigate re-enrollment and continue accessing the assistance they need!

We encourage you to complete re-enrollment by December 31 to help avoid processing delays as the new year begins.
