Not all artificial tears are the same!

One of the biggest differences is whether they contain preservatives.

For occasional use, preserved drops may be completely appropriate. But if you’re reaching for artificial tears several times a day, preservative-free options may be more comfortable for your eyes.

And remember: if you’re using eye drops frequently just to get through the day, it’s worth finding out why your eyes are dry in the first place.
