One of my favorite parts of building Elevate has been the people I’ve met along the way. The conversations, the support, the laughs, and the relationships that have grown far beyond a simple introduction.

Sometimes showing up leads to an opportunity. Sometimes it leads to someone you’re grateful to know. 💜

Okay, ear nerd moment.. 🤓🦻🏽

This is MY eardrum!

I spend all day looking in other people’s ears, so naturally I had to take a peek at my own.

Your eardrum, or tympanic membrane, is a thin membrane separating your ear canal from your middle ear. When sound reaches your eardrum, the membrane vibrates and helps transfer sound through the tiny bones of the middle ear and toward the inner ear.

Something so small plays a huge role in how we hear and connect with the world around us. 💜

What a way to wrap up September 💜

Last week, Elevate hosted our first Lunch + Learn, bringing together great food, great conversation, and education about hearing health and today’s hearing technology.

A huge thank you to Michael Maxson from Resound for joining me and sharing his expertise from the manufacturer standpoint, and to everyone who spent the afternoon with us.

I especially loved seeing so many familiar faces from the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce, along with other local healthcare providers also interested in learning more about hearing health and technology. The relationships I’ve built through Elevate have become one of the most rewarding parts of growing my business.

Education, connection, and collaboration are such important parts of what I’m building at Elevate, and this is only the beginning. Stay tuned. 💜
