I’ve spent a lot of my life being the one who holds everything.
My kids.
My clients.
My family.
The room.
The energy.
The things nobody else wanted to feel.
And somewhere along the way, I became really good at functioning while depleted.
Grief will do that.
Motherhood will do that.
Burnout will do that.
Being the strong one will do that.
But I’ve been learning something in this next chapter:
capacity isn’t the same thing as constantly carrying.
Sometimes building capacity means learning how to receive.
To slow down.
To let your nervous system know it doesn’t have to be on call all the time.
To listen to your body before it has to scream.
To make space for grief without making grief your identity.
To become curious about the woman underneath all the roles.
And honestly?
That’s the work I’m most interested in now.
Not becoming a better version of myself.
Becoming more myself.
I’m going to start sharing more of that here.
The astrology I’m working with.
The bodywork I’m practicing.
The rituals that are actually helping.
The motherhood stuff.
The grief.
The nervous system.
The messy middle.
The things I’m learning about receiving, boundaries, energy, intuition and becoming a woman who doesn’t have to exhaust herself to prove she’s worthy.
This weekend, I’m beginning with the New Moon.
And it feels like exactly the right place to start.
🌑
Come with me.
