Last weekend we journeyed to a woodland sanctuary tucked away from the busyness of life where we returned to the Goddess through embodied devotion. 🌹

* We shed layers through tears and laughter as we came into sacred relationship with each other, ourselves and the land…

* We frolicked barefoot on the spongy moss…

* We opened our vessels through yoga, breathwork and devotional chanting…

* We offered our prayers through sacred dance and song to Divine Mother…

* We turned our fears into love with the alchemizing flames of fire…

* We purified our bodies, minds and souls in cool womb-like waters…

* We gave ourselves permission for our pelvic floors to soften…

* We opened our hearts to receive and give love…

* We realized our inherent worth, and reclaimed our sovereignty…

* We let Life breathe us as we remembered to trust and surrender into the arms of the Goddess…

There was a moment where we gathered beneath the cool shade of the trees. With fresh air, birdsong, a breeze moving through the leaves and the trickle of the creek nearby. We looked into each other’s eyes and said a simple yet powerful statement “I accept and love all parts of you unconditionally. I see you, sister.” We then anointed each other’s hearts and something softened in the field around us. Tears flowed and walls dissolved. And I was reminded how unconditional love isn’t just sentimental or romantic, it’s the creative force of Life itself which allows us to radically accept, see and understand each other without judgement, without conditioning, without taking a “side”. It is the only true healing balm that will save our planet and carry us into the New Earth. 🌍

I’m still integrating the many gifts and initiations this retreat offered. I am deeply grateful for every womban who showed up with courage, vulnerability, and devotion. Together, we co-created a space where we remembered that we are already whole, complete and perfectly imperfect exactly as we are.

May we all continue to bring the Divine Feminine and her gifts of unconditional love into harmony within ourselves, our relationships, and the world.

It’s all coming together so beautifully and I’m already feeling the healing, wholeness and remembrance flowing through my field as I prepare for it’s unfolding. 🌸

The Return to the Goddess Retreat is a gentle surrendering, a soul activation, and an initiation into deeper layers of yourself. Through devotional embodiment practices, we’ll gather our fragmented parts into wholeness, land safely in our bodies, and attune to the cyclical rhythms of nature. 🌀

Imagine being held by the healing embrace of an ancient woodland forest on consecrated land encircled by kindred spirits on a path to awaken the Divine Feminine within, while coming into sacred relationship with Life itself.

The Return to the Goddess Retreat is a sacred pause, a soul activation, and an initiation into deeper layers of yourself. 🦋 Release limiting beliefs, old stories, and energetic burdens and love on yourself through journaling, outdoor herbal bath rituals, and transformational fire alchemy.

🌸 Plant seeds of your sacred desires and healing prayers to flower into form through creating a womb mandala on a Native American stone Spirit Wheel.

🌀 Walk a labyrinth inspired by the 800+ year-old labyrinth at the ancient Chartres Cathedral in France - a pilgrimage site known to be mathematically and theologically designed to induce spiritual states of consciousness.

How is a sacred desire different than a personal desire?

A sacred desire comes from a place of alignment, freedom, wholeness and love.

A personal desire comes from a place of lack, grasping, needing and fear.

A sacred desire feels expansive, liberating, a knowing in your bones.

A personal desire feels ultimately constrictive, heavy, fragmented, cloudy and veiled with the illusion of separation.

A sacred desire comes from the Divine. From the light and wants your soul to expand and evolve.

A personal desire eventually ends with wanting more or something else and unsustained fulfillment.

Join me during the powerful threshold of the summer solstice, where the veil of the ego is thin, obstacles are more easily released and your sacred desires have the opportunity to be received and birthed through you!

Every month I offer ceremonial circles centered around a different goddess. And I’m always fascinated by the synchronicities that transpire every time I work with them.

When I planned the day to go to the Black Madonna church in Detroit, I didn’t know at the time that it was aligned with the feast day of a Black Madonna - Sarah-La-Kali as well as the holy day of Pentecost. I also didn’t know that when I scheduled my Black Madonna Goddess Circle that it would be exactly one week from this feast day. Wild 😵‍💫.

To me, her presence feels like a fiery creative force that’s ready to explode into the collective and in the consciousness of souls who are ready to receive her blessings. ☄️

I’m currently blessed with a head cold.

And as I find myself homebound until my feisty white blood cells win their battles, I’m gifted with the opportunity to slow down, pause and reflect. What I’m seeing is that, although we always have challenges in life, there’s an unprecedented chaos in the air. A dismantling of structure, order, our usual comforts, and an unraveling of old paradigms.

Maybe you can see it in the high gas, and grocery prices, in wars, oppression, fragmentation and separation, not just in faraway lands, but on the lands we currently occupy. Maybe you see it in the anxiety or depression we carry daily, or that incessant feeling that something is missing. Maybe you see it causing disharmony in your relationships with those you love.

From one perspective this can look like a terrible obstacle in life that we want to resist, but from a higher perspective - it’s also a blessing. Because if we allow it, the pressure of it can pivot us out of the darkness and deeper into the light.✨

For me, the healing balm that takes me towards the light is devotion. Devotion to trusting that all is in divine order and that Life is always supporting my souls evolution, even when it doesn’t look like it. It’s devotion to caring and having compassion for my loved ones, my community, and even for my “enemies”. It’s devotion to having gratitude for all the abundance that Life offers. And its devotion to myself. To treat my body as a temple so that I may be able to effectively serve others from a place rooted in love.💞

Devotion is a classical approach to connect with the Source of Life. When we are in the act of pure devotion - we become humble, yet we feel uplifted. Our hearts open, our minds become clear, our fragmented parts unite, and we come home to ourselves. 🙏🏻

This is why I created an immersive weekend retreat for you to dive into devotion. Every aspect of it from the sacred land it’s held on, to the nourishing food, to the cozy accommodations and thoughtfully curated activities - I’m tying with a bow and infusing with love. 💝
