There's science behind what we've felt all along.

Fascinating research is revealing how time in nature benefits our minds and bodies.

It's wonderful to see communities bringing this connection to life through Grace Trails, combining time outdoors with five simple questions for reflection.

We explored the findings in our latest Grace Trail newsletter. Take a look, and enjoy a little time outside today!

Some days you just have to get out there, rain and all! ☔️💚

And I’m so glad I did, because look who I had the joy of meeting along the way!

Meet Donna! She walks the Plymouth Seaside Grace Trail nearly every day, picking up litter and leaving the trail a little better than she found it.

How wonderful is that?!

It’s people like Donna who make a community what it is. And one of the greatest joys of Grace Trail is getting to meet these wonderful humans along the way!

Endless gratitude for Donna and all the walkers who bring so much life and love to our trails.

And if you ever see me out walking, please say hello! Hearing your stories is one of the best parts of my day.

Even the rainy ones! ☔️💚

How do you walk a Grace Trail? 🌱

Come walk with Grace Trail founder Anne Jolles as she guides a group along the beautiful Plymouth Seaside Grace Trail.

Grace Trail is a self-directed reflective experience built around five guiding questions: Gratitude, Release, Accept, Challenge, and Embrace.

There’s something about walking outdoors that creates space to think, listen, and connect with ourselves and with each other.

No right answers. No expectations. Just questions that open conversations, offer new perspectives, and help us find our footing.

Wherever you are in life, the questions meet you there. The answers are your own.

Whether you walk alone or with others, on a physical Grace Trail or wherever you are, the questions remain the same.

Sometimes one good question is all it takes.

🌏🌱 Walk a trail. Walk anywhere.

What a joy to see these women out on the Trail!

The Cranberry Country Chamber of Commerce recently visited the Plymouth Seaside Grace Trail ahead of their upcoming Elements for Excellence Women's Conference. And it sure looks like they couldn't have picked a better day for it!

This year's theme, Choosing Grace: Finding Joy and Strength Along the Way, couldn't be a more perfect fit! 🌱

We're so grateful they'll be featuring a pop-up Grace Trail experience at their November 6th event! The five questions offer attendees a chance to move beyond the usual introductions, discover common ground, and connect through meaningful conversations.

Because couldn't we all use a little more genuine human connection these days? 🤍

A big thank you to the Chamber team for sharing these beautiful moments and for putting so much heart into this event!

We spend so much of our lives searching for answers. Looking ahead, looking around, wondering what comes next.

But how often do we stop long enough to listen to ourselves?

Sometimes, a question can open a door we didn’t even realize was closed. Shift our perspective. Remind us of what matters. Help us recognize the strength, hope, and possibility that still exist, even in difficult moments.

That’s the beauty of taking a moment to reflect.

You never quite know what you might discover. 💚

This morning glory missed the fall memo—and what a beautiful thing to witness. 🌸

Where in your life could you Embrace what’s possible, even if something or someone tells you it’s not the right time?

In awe of the power of nature. 🌊

Stay safe out there.💙

With a big storm on the way, the news and forecasts can quickly pull us into fear and uncertainty.

🔔Anne’s reminder: come back to what’s in your control.

Prepare what you can. Charge your devices. Bring things inside. Check on the people around you. Take the precautions you need to take.

And then? Let go of what you can’t control — including the weather.

For now, notice the beauty. The sky. The stillness. The world changing around you.

🌊⛈️Because we can’t control the storm, but we can choose how we meet it.

What helps you find calm when a storm is coming?

What happens when people are given space to pause, reflect, and ask meaningful questions?

The Plymouth Independent recently featured the story of Chris Carazas and how the five Grace Trail questions helped him navigate one of the most difficult chapters of his life and find a path forward.

The article also shares the origins of Grace Trail and how what began as five questions during a challenging season has grown into a movement serving communities across the country.

Stories like Chris's remind us that the questions are simple, but their impact can be profound.

We're deeply grateful to Chris for sharing his journey and to the Plymouth Independent for telling this story with such care and thoughtfulness.
