Never tell yourself you’re too old to make it.

Beloved, it's not about changing the blueprint. It is about climbing out from under the rubble.

Let's face it... stuff happens. While walking along, simply living things fall on us, get thrown at us and some of it sticks. Other times, we accidentally (or not) step into something, slip and fall. Next thing you know, we're covered in "it". Not to mention the poisons we are force fed by society (overtly and subliminally) concerning who and how we are supposed to be. All of it affects the way we see ourselves and others and how we show up. So, we pick up armor, grenades, firearms...before you know it we are so weighed down. For many, this state becomes the norm. They have come to believe that this is all there is, all they deserve and that it would be foolish to even hope for more. More freedom, more purpose, more joy, more peace. It's exhausting carrying the armor and the heaviness of disbelief, but how can we justify throwing away all that "protection" if we truly believe we need it to survive?

We ARE more than enough. The change is in releasing what is weighing us down. If the goal is to walk light, be love and be free, we are worth the work.💜

A physical wound that scabs over without being irrigated and properly cleansed will likely result in an infection. This infection can travel through the bloodstream, affecting vital organs and the immune system. Now, what does that tell us about the emotional wounds caused by trauma? Let that sink in...
