Breakfast melon & dinner melon 😝😋

Breakfast melons include honeydew, watermelon, cantaloupe, sugar kiss, dino, hami, & more! Very high water content and loaded with micro nutrients 🍈✨

Dinner “melons” include butternut, buttercup, honey nut, spaghetti, kabocha, calabaza, & other squash! A digestive-friendly dinner necessity; dense, satiating, & nutrient-rich 🧡💸

If you look at the plant (vine, flower, seed, etc) structure of both melons & squash, you’ll see that they resemble one another. Interesting to think about how many “vegetables” are actually fruit.
