Autumn is upon us and traditionally this is the month of Harvest Festivals, acknowledging the bounty that Mother Earth has generously given. Here at the Farmden we are happy to share the fruits of our labour, with thanks to the many interns and volunteers that spent this year transplanting, weeding, watering and harvesting.

Thank you to Tim and Rachael Summers, Lark Daniel and the Dwennimmen African Dance and Drummers, Bernard Ballard and Sarvatma for a spectacular Drum Circle. It was truely Transformational. Despite the rain and the cold folks came out and moved their bodies, found their rhythm and bonded like family. Can't wait until next year. . . Be there or be square!

Trifolia is at the Rhoneymeade Festival this weekend. Come and check out our interactive art and conversation inspired by the Bhagavad-Gita: Perfect Questions, Perfect Answers.
Rhoneymeade Fest is a four-day celebration (dubbed one of the “Best Festivals of the East Coast”) that connects the vibrance of downtown State College with the reverent beauty of Rhoneymeade Arboretum and Sculpture Garden. Held June 5–8, 2025, the festival features 40+ local and international artists spanning genres from cumbia to afrofuturism, from experimental jazz to electronic music. This year’s programming centers on folklore and the archive, offering workshops and interactive experiences that explore storytelling, memory, and cultural identity through varied artistic media and contemporary interpretations. Alongside performances, audiences can explore major visual art installations, participatory projects rooted in land and place, and thoughtful contributions from community groups—offering a mix of discovery, dialogue, and creative exchange.
