🙋🏻How many times have we been to restaurants and parties where guacamole and chips was met with ravenous fingers and was truly a conversation starter? You can return that fiesta feeling with a puree texture guac paired with our Cheese Crispy Melts! Here’s how:

🌿Ingredients:
- ¼ cup + 1tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1½ limes worth of juice
- 4 green cherry tomatoes
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 2 green onions coarsely chopped
- 1 jalapeño charred, skinned, and with the seeds removed (optional)
- Salt to taste
- 1 ripe avocado

🤓Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a small blender except the avocado. Chop avocado and blend with the other ingredients until smooth. Want to ensure you have a standardized puree consistency? Go to www.iddsi.org to learn how to test a puree texture using the spoon tilt test or fork drip test.

🥄 Dining health is more than just food on a plate. It's about the emotional connection between what we eat and how we feel.

For individuals with dysphagia, this connection can be strained. The inspiration for our products came from hearing about the frustration and fear that came with a soft diet. Our focus became developing compassionate innovation to improve dining health for a person on a soft diet and their caregiver.

✨ Get ready to embark on a flavor journey. We have a sensational dip that's adjusted for dysphagia diets, and we're thrilled to share the recipe with you!

🍆🌿Ingredients

🔵 1 large eggplant
🔵 2 tablespoons tahini
🔵 2 cloves of garlic, minced
🔵 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
🔵 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
🔵 Salt and pepper to taste
🔵 2 tablespoons of olive oil (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. Wash the eggplant and pierce it with a fork in several places to prevent it from bursting during roasting.
3. Place the eggplant on a baking sheet and roast it in the preheated oven for about 45-60 minutes or until the skin is charred and the flesh is soft. You should be able to easily pierce the eggplant with a fork.
4. Remove the eggplant from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
5. Scoop out the eggplant flesh and place it in a food processor.
6. Add tahini, minced garlic, a squeeze of lemon juice, and ground cumin.
7. Blend until smooth. You may add olive oil or more lemon juice to achieve your desired consistency - whether it's a smooth purée or a slightly coarse texture. Adjust the seasoning as needed.
8. Serve & Delight with Crispy Melts ✨
