We are very blessed in Portland, Or to have gorgeous parks, kinda all over the place😎
I’ve created a movement practice to share with you all that, when done in the Parks, gets all the health benefits that come with time in nature. It’s designed to be easily accessible and quick that you can fit it into your life easily.

Who wants a foot massage?!
I think it’s important to note I’m wearing a barefoot style shoe that allows my foot to move. It might not feel as yummy or get as much tissue change if you’re wearing a thick or stiff conventional shoe
