Friday evening of the intensive is invocation and intention. Declaring what you are doing, out loud, in your own words, and building an energetic boundary you will actually notice.

These two are the fundamentals of spiritual safety and potency. You learn to activate them, then make them personal so they hold.

Most people leave Friday night with a practice they use the next morning.

A ceremony takes the shape of the people who gather. Each of us arrives carrying something: a question, a grief, a gratitude, a hope for the season ahead. None of it needs to be resolved before you walk in.

Together, we make a place where what is true can be witnessed and, through attention and practice, given form.

This year, the circle widens. We gather as the first community event of the school I'm opening this October. Come meet us and step into the new season together.

A pause that invites in greater connection, sychonisity, and alignment. We gather around the altar feeling a belonging does not require us to abandon our discernment, it asks us to remember what is true for us.

In our Autumn Equinox ceremony, we will name what we are no longer carrying and place it in our ceremony bowl at the altar.

The water is then taken to the Tree Nation, where the offering becomes part of a larger act of return and transformation. Ceremony is a compliation of rituals, sacred space, and your personal intentions for the next season of life.

In this teaching from our Journey Circle, I share what came through in my journey about discernment as a living guide, not a verdict.

Instead of asking "is this right or wrong," we can get curious and ask a different question: do I need more experiential evidence to know whether this is a good contribution to me? 🧐

Discernment then tells you what's true right now, not a permanent rule to live by, and not a danger sign posted at the edge of the unknown.

Myth: You have to be psychic to receive guidance from spirit. 🌬️

Truth: Guidance is always available to you. The skill is learning to receive it. 🤲🏾

Most people have been told — explicitly or implicitly — that spiritual perception is a gift for a chosen few.

It isn't.

Every person has the capacity for direct spiritual experience. Journeying, meditation, intuitive awareness — these are learnable skills, not genetic advantages. 👁️

What holds people back isn't a lack of ability. It's a lack of practice and a lack of safe space to develop it.
