The Practitioner enters into an altered state of consciousness to directly interact with the spirit worlds and bring forth transformative energy, wisdom, and information, which can be used to help mend souls, remove energetic intrusions in the body, help the soul become whole again, mend energetic rifts in the auric field, and restore balance. It can also be used to connect people with their spirit guides, allowing them to benefit directly from their wisdom, healing, and protection. As if this were not enough it can also be used to restore harmony and balance to our environment.

One of my favorites, but not really a beginner's book. I often recommend this to students and clients for their partners to read if their partners - or other loved ones in their lives - are struggling to accept their Shamanic practice. Often hearing about this practice from a scientist’s perspective can make folks more open minded about it.

I listened to this amazing conversation between Dr. Julia Mossbridge and the host of what is mostly an Alien-Contact podcast. Yep. I am not kidding. The conversation was so interesting I just flat out wanted to be a part of the conversation. Dr. Mossbridge is such a smart, interesting, and really delightful person.
