✨ A simple way to understand them
Just for today:
-Release anger
-Release worry
- Practice gratitude
- Do your work honestly and wholeheartedly
- Be kind to others and all living beings
The phrase “Just for today” is important—it brings the practice back to the present moment rather than asking you to change your entire life at once.

Reiki is a complementary wellness practice that can be used alongside conventional medical care to provide a calming, supportive experience. It may help encourage relaxation, ease feelings of stress, and promote comfort during medical treatment and recovery.

Reiki is not a replacement for medical care, diagnosis, medication, or treatment prescribed by a qualified healthcare professional. Its role is supportive—working alongside appropriate medical care to nurture relaxation, emotional well-being, and a greater sense of calm.

I have not forgotten ……

Every year, when September 11th comes around, we remember the horrific day that changed our country and our world forever.

We remember the innocent lives that were taken far too soon. We remember the families whose lives were shattered in an instant. We remember the firefighters, police officers, first responders, and ordinary people who showed unimaginable courage and made the ultimate sacrifice for others.
... never forget 9/11.

But as the years pass, I often think about something else we should never forget.

9/12.

The day after the unimaginable happened.
The day we woke up heartbroken, confused, scared, and grieving together.
But somehow, in the middle of all that pain, something beautiful happened.

We came together.

We held each other a little tighter. We checked on our neighbors. Strangers comforted strangers. Differences that once seemed so important suddenly didn't matter anymore.
For a moment, we weren't divided by politics, religion, race, or beliefs.
We were simply people… hurting together, standing together, and loving one another.

The world changed forever on September 11, 2001.
But September 12th reminded us of who we could be.
Maybe that is something we need to remember now more than ever.
… never forget 9/11.

Never forget those we lost.
Never forget the heroes.

But please… never forget 9/12 either.

Never forget the love.
Never forget the kindness.
Never forget how we came together when we needed each other most.

Maybe the greatest way to honor those we lost is to remember not only how broken we were… but how beautifully we came together afterward.

Autistic children and adults deserve more than people who simply mean well. They deserve properly trained, qualified, and compassionate staff who truly understand autism.
No vulnerable child or adult should be placed in the care of untrained individuals who do not understand their communication differences, sensory needs, behaviors, triggers, boundaries, or individual support needs.
Autistic behavior is communication. Staff must be trained to recognize and understand that communication—not simply react to it, punish it, ignore it, or attempt to control it because they do not understand what the individual is trying to express.
The safety, dignity, and well-being of autistic individuals must always come first.
Those entrusted with caring for vulnerable children, young people, and adults should be:
• Properly trained and educated about autism and neurodiversity�• Thoroughly vetted to protect the safety of those in their care�• Prepared to understand individual communication and sensory needs�• Trained in safe, respectful, and appropriate support practices�• Held accountable for the care they provide�• Adequately supervised and supported in their work
And let us be clear: these professionals deserve to be well paid.
Caring for vulnerable autistic children and adults is not an easy job. It requires knowledge, patience, emotional intelligence, specialized training, compassion, and an ongoing commitment to learning. We cannot expect people to carry this enormous responsibility without providing proper training, support, and fair compensation.
Vulnerable people deserve qualified care. Families deserve peace of mind. And autistic individuals deserve to be treated with dignity, respect, understanding, and humanity.
We must stop accepting “they meant well” as an excuse when proper training, safety, and understanding are missing.
Good intentions are not qualifications.
Training matters. Vetting matters. Accountability matters. Fair pay matters.
Most importantly—
AUTISTIC LIVES, SAFETY, DIGNITY, AND WELL-BEING MATTER.
We need to raise our standards and demand better for every autistic child and adult who depends on others for care and support.

And thank you to all those who show up every day and always strive to do the right thing.
‼️‼️👏🏽To the trained, compassionate caregivers, support staff, educators, professionals, and advocates who listen, learn, protect, and treat autistic children and adults with dignity and respect—thank you.

You are appreciated. You matter. And the work you do matters. ❤️

Horses for Mental Health .
& the Healing Rhythm of Drumming
There is something deeply grounding about standing beside a horse.
Horses live completely in the present moment. They respond honestly to energy, emotion, breathing, and intention — helping people reconnect with themselves without judgment. Their calm presence can reduce stress, encourage emotional awareness, and create a sense of safety and connection that supports mental and emotional wellness.
Equine-assisted wellness experiences may help with:
Stress reduction
Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
Building confidence and trust
Nervous system regulation
Mindfulness and emotional balance
Connection, grounding, and self-awareness
Drumming adds another layer of healing. The steady rhythm of the drum can help regulate the nervous system, calm racing thoughts, and bring the body into a more balanced state. Rhythmic drumming has long been used in spiritual and healing traditions to promote relaxation, emotional release, meditation, and connection.
When horses and drumming are combined, the experience becomes deeply immersive:
the rhythm of the drum, the breath, the movement of energy, and the quiet wisdom of the horse all work together to create a space for healing, grounding, and inner peace.

We are raising funds during this one-month Horse for Mental Health campaign to sustain and protect the rescued horses who make our mental health programs possible. Many of the individuals we serve — veterans, first responders, at-risk youth, women overcoming trauma, and community members facing anxiety, depression, grief, and emotional dysregulation — have not found relief in traditional models alone. Horses offer something different. They offer presence. Honesty. Regulation. Connection without judgment.
When you give, you are doing two things at once:
You are protecting a horse.
And you are creating access to mental health support for someone who needs it.

After the jar is created we will do a meditation with the jar to charge them .. then we will re-check auras . Shows How our energies helps in creating our manifestations.
