HOW TO CHECK YOUR BREASTS

1️⃣ LOOK: Check in the mirror for changes in shape, size, skin texture, or ni**le appearance.

2️⃣ FEEL: Using the pads of your fingers, feel your breasts in a consistent pattern with light, medium, and firm pressure.

3️⃣ DON’T FORGET: Check your armpits and up toward your collarbone.

4️⃣ SPEAK UP: Report new lumps, dimpling, ni**le discharge, or unusual changes to your healthcare provider.
