If loving Diet Root B**r is wrong... I don't want to be right. 😂

Every time I post a diet soda, someone inevitably tells me it's terrible for me.

Here's my take...

Health isn't built around one food.

Or one drink.

It's built around your overall habits.

For me, a Diet Root B**r is one of those little things that makes a calorie deficit feel more enjoyable.

It satisfies a craving.

It helps me stay consistent.

That doesn't mean I'm replacing water with diet soda.

I'm still prioritizing hydration, protein, whole foods, movement, and sleep.

But if one Diet Root B**r helps make my nutrition feel more sustainable?

I'm okay with that.

One of the biggest things I help clients work through is letting go of the idea that every food has to be either "good" or "bad."

Because real life isn't perfect.

And your nutrition doesn't have to be either.
💗 Sustainable habits will always beat perfect ones.

🥤 Are you Team Diet Root B**r or Team Diet Coke?

Send this to a diet root b**r 🍺 lover 😋

There is more health and fitness information available to us than ever before.

And sometimes that's exactly the problem. 😂

You can find a macro calculator in five seconds. You can find a strength program.
You can learn about protein, progressive overload, calorie deficits, maintenance, sleep, recovery, hormones, steps, cardio...

And if you've been doing this for a while, you probably already know quite a bit.

But knowing all of those things doesn't necessarily tell you:

What applies to me right now? Should you actually be in a deficit? Are you eating enough to support the muscle you're trying to build? Is your training progressing—or are you just exercising consistently?

Do you need more structure?More food? Better recovery?A different training approach? Do you need to push a little harder—or is your capacity already stretched?

That's where I think good coaching becomes valuable.

I'm not sitting on some secret fitness information you can't find online.

My job is to look at the whole picture—your nutrition, training, recovery, history, goals, stress, lifestyle and the data we're collecting—and help determine what makes sense for you.

Then we keep paying attention. We adjust. We learn what your body responds to.

And over time, you start understanding those decisions too.

Because the goal isn't for you to need me forever.

It's for you to get results and become much better at understanding the body you're living in.

That's the work we do inside StrongHER.
If you've reached the point where you don't need another piece of fitness information—you want someone helping you figure out what all of it means for you—

Muscle has never been the end goal for me.

Yes, I love getting stronger.

Yes, I enjoy seeing my body change.

But what I'm really building is a body that lets me fully participate in my life.

A body that can hike mountains.

Travel.

Lift heavy things.

Recover well.

Stay independent.

Keep doing the things I love as I get older.

That's why I say muscle is longevity.

The physique is a bonus.

The capacity you build is what changes your life.

If you're ready to build muscle, lose body fat, and create a healthier lifestyle that lasts, I'd love to help. Application for my 6-month coaching program through the link in my bio.

There was a time when my biggest goal was simply weighing less.

Smaller. Leaner. A lower number on the scale.

Somewhere along the way, my definition of health changed.

Now I care a whole lot more about what my body can do.

Can I keep building muscle?

Can I stay strong as I get older?

Can I hike, travel, lift heavy, play with future grandkids, and keep doing the things I love for decades?

Body composition still matters to me.

But strength changed the way I look at it.

I'm not trying to fight my body anymore.

I'm trying to build one that supports the life I want to live.

That's a very different goal.

What does "strong" mean to you? 💪🏻

What could actually change if you gave yourself six months?

Yes, your body may change. You may lose body fat. Build muscle. Get stronger. See measurements change. Feel different in your clothes.

But six months of coaching isn't six months of me handing you macros and workouts and hoping they work.

It's six months of learning you.

We look at where you're starting—your nutrition, training, recovery, stress, lifestyle, history and goals.

We build. We collect data. We see how your body responds. And then we adjust.

There may be a season where fat loss makes sense. There may be a season where eating more makes sense.

We may need to push your training. We may need to pull something back.

Life might get busy. You might travel. Your sleep might change.

Something that worked beautifully three months ago might not be what you need now.

That's the point of individualized coaching.

The plan isn't supposed to stay exactly the same while you change.

And by the end of six months, I don't just want you to have results.

I want you to understand more about your body. I want you to know how to navigate real life without feeling like every vacation, holiday or difficult week sends you back to the beginning. Iwant you stronger.

More confident. More capable of making decisions without constantly second-guessing yourself.

Because six months from now, your body may look very different.

But what I care about just as much is that you're not standing at Day 1 again.

If you're ready to see what six months of individualized coaching inside StrongHER could look like for you, DM me STRONG. 💗

Wanting to lose body fat tells me your goal.

It doesn't automatically tell me what your next nutrition phase should be.

Before I make that decision with a client, I want context.

What is she eating now? How long has she been eating there? What's her dieting history? What is her weight actually doing over time?

Then I'm looking at training, strength, sleep, stress, recovery, lifestyle demands, consistency—and what she realistically has the capacity to execute right now.

Because two women can come to me with the exact same goal and need very different plans.
One may be in a great position to begin a fat-loss phase.

Another may benefit from spending time at maintenance.

Another may need more food.

And sometimes the most productive thing we can do first is simply establish consistent meals and strength training before deciding what comes next.

That's what customized nutrition means to me.
The goal matters.

But so does the person pursuing it. 💗

Follow for body-composition coaching that starts with the person, not a cookie-cutter plan.
