A huge thank you to Girl Scout Troop 1080 for inviting me to be part of their opening meeting of the year and giving Luna and her friends the chance to share their stories, their messages, and a little creativity with such an awesome group of girls.

They listened, they colored, they shared, and each girl went home with Luna's Landing coloring pages, stickers, and pencils to keep the fun going.

There is something pretty incredible about watching these characters and their messages make their way off the pages and into the hands of real kids.

Thank you, Troop 1080, for letting Luna's Landing be part of your adventure. 💛

We’re allowed to become new versions of ourselves.

Soul Quest Energetics has changed many times over the years, and when I really look at it, that makes perfect sense. Because so have I.

I’ve learned. I’ve questioned. I’ve let things go. And little by little, I’ve gotten better at listening to what is actually calling me from within.

That’s what we do as people. We grow. We evolve. We become more honest about what fits and what doesn’t. And sometimes becoming more of ourselves actually means carrying less.

Soul Quest has evolved with me. Today, it has a new look and a much clearer reflection of the work I feel called to do. Soul Trauma Clearing is the heart of Soul Quest Energetics. And, of course, Luna and all of her friends have their own little home there too. 💙

It feels simpler. It feels clearer. It feels more like where I am now.

Give yourself permission to surprise yourself.

There doesn’t always have to be a plan, a purpose, or a guaranteed outcome. Sometimes saying yes to something simply because it lights you up, makes you curious, or feels fun is reason enough.

Spirit has a sense of humor, and I know these messages are always for me too.

So today, I listened....will you??

Stay tuned. 😉
