Aloha! I’m excited to share that I’ll be guiding a special half-day women’s retreat on Maui in January!

Our Resilient Hearts💖

A Half-Day Feminine Renewal Retreat with Jennifer Loftus

Resilience • Renewal • Reconnection

Step into the new year with renewed strength, an open heart, and a deeper connection to yourself!

Our Resilient Hearts celebrates the strength of our hearts and spirits—the ways we adapt to change, move through life’s challenges, and continue to find the light within. Together, we’ll explore resilience not simply as enduring difficult times, but as our capacity to renew, reconnect, and recognize the beauty and new possibilities that can emerge through change.

Together, we will:

• Move through the expressive flow of Divine Feminine Dance™, connecting with the strength, wisdom, and joy within our bodies💃

• Reflect with our Our Resilient Hearts journaling guide, exploring resilience, renewal, reconnection, and what keeps the light in our spirits alive✨

• Receive a restorative Sound Bath with Crystal Singing Bowls, offering space to rest, receive, and renew🕊️

• Enjoy delicious, nutritious snacks to ground and replenish🍒

• Share in heartfelt connection in a circle of women💞

Set amidst the quiet beauty of upcountry Maui in January, this retreat invites us to honor where we’ve been, embrace the strength we’ve discovered along the way, and open our hearts to what is ready to emerge.

Experience the magic of May’s rare Blue Moon. 🌕

A Blue Moon occurs when two full moons fall within the same month — a beautiful and uncommon lunar event traditionally associated with reflection, release, renewal, and emotional reset.

I’m booking private Blue Moon Sound Bath experiences for Saturday, May 30th and Sunday, May 31st — a calming afternoon of sound, grounding, deep rest, and nervous system support brought directly to you.

Whether you’re gathering in a spacious home, inside your living room, or in a cozy backyard beneath the palms, I’ll bring the healing tones of the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, guided intention-setting, and optional gentle movement to create a beautiful experience of peace, connection, and flow.

Perfect for friends, birthdays, visiting family, or anyone longing for a soulful way to gather.

You gather your circle — I’ll bring the sound, the movement, and the magic. ✨

Connect with me to reserve your Blue Moon experience next weekend!💙
