🐾 October is National Pitbull Awareness Month!
We couldn’t let this month go by without celebrating Bloomly’s favorite four-legged employee, Rose!
If you’ve visited Bloomly, chances are you’ve met Rose! She’s our resident couch potato, spending most of her workdays snoozing away while her mom takes care of clients. She’s not exactly our hardest working employee, but she’s certainly one of our most loved! 😂
While many of our clients know Rose’s sleepy personality at the studio, very few get to see what she’s like outside of work, so we figured we’d share a little more of her!
When she’s off the clock, Rose loves going on hikes with her mom, exploring new places, and recharging in the sun (she is solar powered and often needs to wear sunscreen). She’s incredibly affectionate, ridiculously goofy, and firmly believes personal space is completely unnecessary.
She’s also a bit of a scaredy-cat! Despite being a 60 pound pitbull, a tiny box turtle was enough to stop her in her tracks. (See last photo for proof! 🐢)
Pitbulls are often misunderstood, but Rose is a wonderful reminder that every dog deserves to be known for who they are, not just their breed.
Happy Pitbull Awareness Month from Rose and the Bloomly family! 🐾❤️
